Employment & Business Immigration
Temporary work visas, extraordinary-ability petitions, employment-based permanent residence, and business immigration strategy.
Extraordinary ability and achievement
O-1A may be available to individuals with extraordinary ability in sciences, education, business, or athletics; O-1B addresses extraordinary ability in the arts or extraordinary achievement in motion picture or television work. EB-1A extraordinary ability and certain EB-1B researcher/professor and EB-1C multinational-manager classifications provide distinct permanent-residence paths.
Professional and treaty-based temporary work
TN classification may be available to qualifying Canadian and Mexican professionals in listed occupations. E-1 treaty trader and E-2 treaty investor classifications depend on treaty nationality and qualifying trade or investment. Other employment routes can include H-1B specialty occupations, L-1 intracompany transfers, and P classifications where applicable.
Employment-based permanent residence
EB-2 advanced-degree or exceptional-ability cases may involve labor certification or a national interest waiver (NIW). EB-3 covers qualifying professionals, skilled workers, and other workers, usually through employer sponsorship. The proper category depends on qualifications, the offered work, evidence, and visa availability.
Petition strategy and adjustment
We assess employer and beneficiary eligibility, documentary proof, requests for evidence, consular processing, adjustment of status, and the interaction of prior immigration or criminal history with the requested classification.
