Check available immigration court and Board of Immigration Appeals case information with the A-number and nationality. Not every case or hearing appears; official court notices control. Bond hearing information generally requires contacting the court.
If you have a case in immigration court, use Form EOIR-33/IC to report a new mailing address or other contact information to the court within five working days of the change. You can submit it online through EOIR Respondent Access without creating an account. Complete a separate form for each person with a pending case, follow the instructions for providing a copy to DHS, and keep proof of submission. If your case is before the Board of Immigration Appeals, use Form EOIR-33/BIA instead. Updating USCIS or the Postal Service does not update your immigration court address; missing a hearing notice can lead to a removal order in your absence.
USCIS generally requires noncitizens to report a change of address within 10 days, subject to exceptions. Updating the U.S. Postal Service is not enough. Immigration court proceedings may require a separate EOIR address update.

Find family- and employment-based immigrant visa priority-date cutoffs. For filing adjustment of status with USCIS, verify which chart USCIS authorizes for that month.
